The VCAR series of Cylindrical Actuators constitute nearly 80% of the market ,they can productce a high force with a high acceleration rates.Peak Forces range for 0.7N to 3000N.Typically ,their stroke length is less than 50mm The VCAR Series Actuators Applications include valve Actuators,Z Axis pick and place,small accurate positive displacement metering pumps and both vibrators and active vibration dampening systems.
The miniature VCM voice coil motor is used in a wide range of applications on vibrating microscope stages. With their fast response, high accuracy and frictionless linear motion, VCM voice coil motors are ideally suited for vibration control and high precision positioning of microscope stages.
Main applications for miniature VCM voice coil motors in vibration microscope stages:
Can be used as a focusing module for microscope stages to achieve high precision focus adjustment by driving the lens or sample stage in the direction of the optical axis.
It can achieve nanometer displacement control to meet the stringent requirements of microscopic imaging focusing.
Utilizing the high dynamic performance of the VCM, it can compensate for small vibrations of the sample stage in real time to maintain imaging stability.
The closed-loop feedback system provides fast response and adjustment, significantly reducing the impact of environmental vibration on the quality of microscopic imaging.
The VCM can be used to drive the microscope's sample stage or lens to scan rapidly in either the horizontal or vertical direction, enabling high-resolution image stitching or 3D imaging.
